Where can I change my access details for MyBMW Finance?

You can change your MyBMW Finance access details in the My Account section on the task bar of the homepage. To change your password, user email or username, simply enter your new details there. Please note that changes to your access details for MyBMW Finance will not change the details held for your finance agreement. If you wish to change your details for your finance agreement please navigate to the Personal Details section within MyBMW Finance.

Why am I being asked to confirm the data privacy regulations again when I log in to MyBMW Finance? What happens if I refuse to confirm them?

Under current EU data protection laws we are required to notify you of any changes in these policies and retrieve your consent. If you refuse to consent to the changes, we are obliged to remove your personal information. Your access to the MyBMW Finance area of the website and all functions contained therein would no longer be possible.

What happens if I do not log out of MyBMW Finance?

MyBMW Finance will automatically log you out after ten minutes if there is no movement within the site.

I have not received my authentication code to add an agreement. What should I do?

The authentication code will be sent to your mobile phone via a SMS. If you do not receive the text message please click the request authentication code button. If you still do not receive a text message on your mobile phone please contact the Customer Information Centre on 0370 5050 150. Please note we will send your authentication code by SMS to the mobile phone number that is held on your finance agreement. If your number has changed, please contact the Customer Information Centre on 0370 5050 150
